The Prime Minister – Minister of Finance and Economy Moataz Mousa, accompanied by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and the leader of Al-Gezira State Dr. Mohammed Taher Ela, visited the Agricultural Research corporation, where they were received by Dr. Abubakr Ibrahim Mohammed Hussein, Director General of the Agricultural Research Corporation , researchers and employees of the ARC.
Moataz Mousa welcomed the participants, thanking the Agricultural Research Corporation, calling for additional efforts in all fields of research to improve the quantity and quality of the overall productivity.
The Prime Minister praised the city of Wad-Madani for hosting the most important agricultural research institutions ( Agricultural Research Authority and hydraulic research institution). He also confirmed their moral and material support.
Dr. AbuBakr Ibrahim Mohammed Hussein, Director General of the Agricultural Research Authority provided an enlightenment on the research work carried out by the ARC and the challenges that hinder the research work.
